Request your home phone reconnection online

You can now request your home phone reconnection online, saving you time on the phone to your supplier. Simply tell us who your call provider is and we will arrange the set up of your home phone account for you. Please note, your phone account will not be transferred until your supplier has called you to confirm.

When should you request your home phone transfer?

Try to give your provider as much notice as possible – it can take up to 7 days to set up your home phone account and even longer if the line has been disconnected at your new address.
